Shipping costs & delivery times
We always try to send your package as quickly as possible. Delivery with DHL within Germany usually takes 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times can be delayed before, during and after public holidays.
For all standard shipments within Germany, € 4.99 will be charged. From a minimum order value of € 100, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Please note that the shipping costs vary depending on the order value, weight and destination. All additional costs such as taxes, customs duties etc. are borne by the customer. In order to find out the exact shipping costs, we ask you to put the articles in the shopping cart and to specify the desired country in the address field. The exact costs will be displayed there.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you have the option of sending the package back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure that you state the reason for your return and that the returned items do not show any signs of wear or soiling.

We always try to process your return as quickly as possible. After we have transferred the outstanding amount back to your account, you will receive an email. The invoice amount will be refunded to you after the goods have been checked using the payment method you used.
